1. Eligibility

The Maneuver Jamaica Estate Contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of Maneuver are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

2. Contest Period

The contest begins on the date the raffle/entry product becomes available and ends on the announced draw date published by Maneuver.

Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

Method 1 – Purchase Entry

Participants may enter the contest by purchasing a $150 Maneuver Jamaica Estate Contest Ticket through the Maneuver website.

Each ticket purchase equals one (1) entry into the contest.

Each ticket purchase also includes:

• One (1) complimentary night at Maneuver Jamaica Estate
• $100 in Maneuver products

The complimentary night requires a minimum 3-night booking and is subject to availability.

Method 2 – No Purchase Necessary (Canada & USA)

No purchase is necessary to enter the contest.

To enter without purchasing a ticket:
1. Record a 30-second video answering the prompt:
“What do you see when you see the color red?”
2. Submit the video through the official Maneuver contest submission form.
3. Include your full name and email address.

Upon submission, you will receive one (1) contest entry.

By submitting the video, participants grant Maneuver permission to use, reproduce, and distribute the content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across all Maneuver channels, including but not limited to social media, website, and advertising campaigns.

4. Prize

Three (3) winners will receive:

One (1) five-night luxury stay at Maneuver Jamaica Estate

Approximate value: $1,400 USD

Prize details:

• Accommodation only
• Travel and airfare are not included
• Dates subject to availability
• Blackout periods may apply

Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

5. Complimentary Night Terms

The complimentary night included with ticket purchase:

• Requires a minimum 3-night stay
• Must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase
• Subject to availability
• Blackout dates may apply

Only one complimentary night may be used per booking.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries.

Winners will be notified using the contact information provided during entry.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Canadian Skill-Testing Requirement

For Canadian residents, winners may be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as the official winner.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Maneuver reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud or technical failures occur
• Disqualify entries that violate contest rules
• Refuse entries deemed inappropriate or fraudulent

10. Limitation of Liability

Maneuver is not responsible for:

• Technical failures
• Lost or delayed entries
• Travel disruptions
• Any injury or damages related to prize use

11. Privacy

Information collected from participants will be used for contest administration and may be used for Maneuver marketing communications.
